Nong Pla LaiPattaya
An indoor ice and snow attraction east of Pattaya with ice and sand sculptures of Thai legends, folk tales and landmarks in two halls. A coat is handed out at the door; snow boots are not included. A rainy-day option. On a training week: an hour or two indoors, standing and walking in the cold, so it fits any afternoon off and is a good plan for a rainy rest day. The cold halls are no ice bath; do not count it as recovery. From the camps: it is in Nong Pla Lai, about 20 to 30 minutes by car east of central Pattaya, where the camps on our list are.
