Privacy & data on MuayThaiTime
We keep camp planning on your device, compile public fight information for profiles and rankings, and use coarse anonymous signals to improve guides and placements. We do not build ad profiles from your camp plan and we do not sell personal data.
- We do not sell your camp plan or use it for ads profiling.
- Camp planner data stays in your browser cookie for day-to-day use. Anonymous copies of planning choices may also be stored in our database for analysis.
- We store a coarse country code (for example US or GB), not your IP address.
- Server logs are aggregated for product analytics, not used to identify you by name or email.
- Sponsored and affiliate placements are labeled on the page. We count anonymous impressions and clicks only.
- Fight and gym profile data we publish comes from public sources and verified submissions, not from your camp planner cookie.
- If you email us, that message is handled separately from anonymous site beacons.
Fighter, gym, stadium, and event pages are built from information we compile and review - posters, public announcements, and verified profile updates. That content is meant to be browsed and shared on the site; it is separate from your private camp planner cookie.
Coverage, sources, and how to request a correction are documented on our data & sources page. If you claim a gym or fighter profile, we may store the details you submit in that request (name, links, message) to verify ownership.
Some pages show sponsored banners or affiliate modules (gear, travel, stays). Paid slots are labeled as sponsored. Affiliate links use rel="nofollow sponsored" where appropriate.
We log anonymous impression and click counts per placement: placement ID, program name, page path, and coarse country code. We do not use your camp planner contents to target ads, and we do not share your email with partners unless you contact them yourself.
Brands interested in placements can read advertise with us.

While you use the camp planner, we also send debounced anonymous snapshots to our database so we can analyze popular destinations, budget tiers, and drop-off points. When you finish all essentials, we store one completion record for the public join counter.
We store a coarse country code (for example US or GB) from connection headers or our visitor_country cookie. We do not store your IP address, name, or email in these analytics records.

Your camp plan is stored in the pfn_camp_plan cookie on this browser. When you update any step, we rewrite the full plan so nothing is dropped between sessions.

To remove it, use Clear camp plan at the bottom of your plan page, or delete site cookies in your browser settings.
You can clear camp planner cookies, block optional cookies in your browser, or stop using the site at any time. Email us if you need a profile correction or want a claim request reviewed.
