Ang Thong Marine Park from Koh Phangan

A speedboat day from Koh Phangan into Ang Thong Marine Park with an English-speaking guide. Snorkel gear and kayaks are included, with a light breakfast, a buffet lunch, snacks and fruit. Pickup is from hotels on Koh Phangan (Thong Nai Pan at extra cost); the national park fee is paid separately. On a training week: a full day on a speedboat with snorkelling and kayaking, so keep it for your rest day. Kayaking works the shoulders a little; the rest is sitting and swimming. Salt water stings fresh cuts on the shins, so take a rash vest, and drink more than you think.
