James Bond Island from Khao Lak

A speedboat day into Phang Nga Bay from Khao Lak: minivan to a pier in Phuket, the cave and lagoon on Panak Island, James Bond Island, lunch at the Koh Panyi floating village, a canoe around Hong Island and snorkelling at Khai Island. On a training week: a full day with a long minivan ride each way, a canoe trip and snorkelling, so keep it for your rest day. Canoe guides paddle on most trips, so the shoulders get a break.
