Koh Madsum (Pig Island)

A small island off Samui's south coast known for the pigs that wander its beach; longtails and speedboats from Thong Krut take 15-20 minutes and most trips add snorkelling at nearby Koh Tan. A half-day on the water rather than a full-day tour; the island charges a small landing fee. On a training week: half a day on the water, so it fits a morning off or the afternoon after early training. The boat ride is short and the beach is flat; snorkelling at Koh Tan is the only swim.
