4 Islands sunset and plankton tour

An afternoon longtail trip from Ao Nang: the sandbar joining Tup, Mor and Chicken Island, Poda, a swim at Yawasom, then a BBQ dinner at sunset on Phra Nang Beach and a night swim among glowing plankton. Pickup around 12:00 from Krabi Town, Klong Muang, Tubkaek or Ao Nang. On a training week: pickup is around midday, so it takes the place of the afternoon session, not the morning one: train early, eat, then go. You are back after dark, so plan an easy next morning. Salt water stings fresh cuts on the shins, and a rash vest saves you from a day of sun on top of training. From the camps: the boats leave from Ao Nang itself, where most of the Krabi camps on our list are, and the pickup also covers Krabi Town, Klong Muang and Tubkaek.
